Blanka knew I was struggling to find a place to rent and in a short period of time. We chatted a bit to go over what I was looking for. Blanka quickly came up with some options. She also took the time to calm me and comfort me as she knew this was a very stressful time. She listened to what I liked and didn’t like. Not once making me feel like I was wasting her time. We set up a couple places to view in person. The first place we looked at she knew! She guided me through the unit pointing out things I probably wouldn’t have noticed. She made a list of questions to ask about also. She went through the entire space with such care and great eye! I knew right away I wanted it. So, Blanka started everything for me. She even came on the zoom call to meet with the landlords!  Blanka told me exactly what was needed to fill out the application and to write a letter. She organized everything for me. We got accepted! Through it all Blanka was right there with me. Keeping me sane, calm, and focused. She even set up a second viewing so my daughter could see it. This is where her keen eyes spotted things that she took pictures of and had addressed right away. She helped me see the space on how to arrange furniture and to make the most of the space for storage too! She took the time to turn off all the lights before we left!
I really don’t think she is in it for the sales! Blanka stands behind her words and pays attention to everything. I really don’t know how I got so lucky to meet her. She is there through the whole process and even sends quick text messages to check in on how we are doing. If you are in need of someone who you can trust and have complete faith in Blanka is your woman. From her smile and kindness to her knowledge and ability to listen, she is someone you should choose.
